Hi Guys,
Thought i'd post on here to see if there's any interest in me trying to organise a few Micro races?
I recently went to Japan for the HPI Challenge world Final and they had loads of them racing over there, like 20 in a race, v funny...
So do you think if we organised a few races, will racers come?
Where could we organise them also, do you know of RC cl;ubs already running them?
Thanks for the help, seeya - Greg

We can usually pull together one heat of micro's at our local races. Just ask around while sign ups are going on. A lot of people bring there micro's just in case and don't bother asking whether there is a class for them. I would suggest running a heat if you can get 3 cars. Loads of fun.

There is a club near me running Micro's on carpet alongside their usual Mardave meetings, and I know of one guy at my club whose gone out and bought a Micro and would do the Challenge. I would if I had cash............. :)

Hi Greg, I would also race micro if there was a class for these and I know for sure Ray would and they would be a few more at the first meeting from the Southend Club IF there was a micro heat put on it Would Be Mad!!
That way if you get your Micro out I will have the opportunity to beat you in 2 classes not just the one that I am going to thrash you in.:D :D
Thanks Greg

HI! greg, Myself (Pete) and my son Michael, and Dave Wright, are all going to Southend and taking our micros with us. It would be great if there was a heat for them! especially if the number of entries was down this year. Hope to see you there, and BRING YOUR MICRO, lets' get somethin organized!!

Hi Pete, right so you have 3 for definate! I have one Ray Cockman has one so that's 5 all ready!
We also have at least another 4 in the club I will announce something next Tuesday in the drivers Briefing about who wants to run Micro.
I know Greg would race one so we would definately have 6!!! awesome!!
I not sure who else may come from HPI but im sure who ever else comes will bring one.
Sorted we have a heat of micro's for Southend I will double check with Greg about this but I am sure it will be fine.

we try to at the Bristol model car club. but its just reminding everyone to bring theirs.
we can get 5 to race, but we are pressing one Richard gorringe (HPI UK stock champ) to build his. he races at our club when he isnt doing HPI or other events. so it may be 6 soon.
if you bring races to the south west near bristol, I may get a few racers involved.
