Are SNR's pull start or do you need to use a starter?

The car comes with a 15FE engine, they are pull-start but you can use a starter box if you wish.

So you decided to go with the SNR. In the other thread you asked how difficult they are to build. It's fairly easy. If you have built helis and planes before you shouldn't have a problem.

280£ is a lot. Might be worthwile calculating how much it'd cost to import it from USA(import taxes etc. SNR is 280$ in US). Smirnoff can help you with that he's ordered from the US before. I remember buying my SN 'round here for about ~400$. :(

If you have any further questions post them in here.

Send an e-mail to Lance at meganitro.com. He knocks his kits out at incredible prices and can help suggest ways to reduce the import tax too (tell him that Lee sent you :D). His e-mail address is lance.bingham@mindspring.com. Chances are that you can get it to your front door with import duty paid for less than you can over here.

Alternatively give Tower Hobbies (http://www.towerhobbies.com) a try, all in all its a pretty hassle free shopping experience. Take a look at this (http://forum.hpi-europe.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2694&highlight=tower) for the low-down on buying from the States (Tower in particular).
