Savage Savage Handling

a little trick used by some of the savage racers out there is to remove the little C clips (Preload Spacers) that are at the top of the shocks, This lowers the truck slightly and also helps it to nagotiate corners better as it has less of a tendancy to body roll.

ive removed the stock springs and changed the shock oil to 30wt. ive fitted hpi green springs and use it without the spacers for general use and high speed cornerin and with the spacers for launching and bashing. it sits real low without the spacers!!

this mod makes the savage bounce alot more and shall also limit the trucks ablity to climb kerbs

with the spacer mine shall climb kerbs with ease

without the spacer it has the tendancy to get stuck half way
